Free Trial and Refund Policy
In addition to the initial 3 days of free service, we offer a 7-day free trial. During this trial period, if you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a 100% refund.
Taxes and Fees
International customers can choose to make payments in Vietnam or the USA:
- Payment in Vietnam:
- Payments made at our office in Vietnam will be exempt from export service tax.
- Customers will not incur any additional fees when paying in Vietnam.
- Payment in the USA:
- Payments made at our office in Washington State, USA, will incur an additional 10.4% service tax.
- Customers need to account for this tax when paying in the USA.
